Please pack your phone/electronics well and use a USPS small flat rate box (which you can get free at any USPS location). Please include any other items agreed upon on your quote (box, charger, etc)
The Shipping charge is around $5.15 and is reimbursed by us.
Please get delivery confirmation (and email us the Conf # once you ship).
Include your preferred payment method (how you would like us to pay you once we receive the phone) in the box. Currently we offer paypal and money order / check. Please include your paypal email id or check address in the email to us with the delivery conf number.
We pay the same day item is received.
If you would like to be paid through Western Union or Money Order, your items must be worth $1500.00 or more and you must be a preferred client with us. Ask how you can become a preferred client.

You can aearn a referral commission of $10.00 per client by recommending us to your friends and family or anyone you wish. You will have to be registered with us with your name and an unique client number (that we will issue you), which your referred clients will have to mention to us for you to be paid. For you to be paid, they must mention the referral number and your name when getting their quote and they also must be willing to sell at our fair market price. If the transaction does not take place, you do not receive any referral money.

The value of your device changes based on the answers to these questions and accurate description of condition, so please check and ensure you have recorded an accurate model and capacity (if applicable) for your device!

Item condition – Look at your device as though you were buying it from someone and assessing it because the new owners of these devices will look them over carefully and check every nick, scratch and dent. Even small nicks and scratches can decrease the resale value of an item, so check carefully before choosing a condition.
